At Alvara, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products only, subject to product availability. Please contact us to initiate the process.
Cash refunds are not available on COD orders. In eligible cases, refunds are provided as store credit or exchange only.

Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
